SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

 

If you are not satisfied with your order or the items received, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to solve your problem and improve your experience in the future :)

 

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Ex-Voto ships to Canada and the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders shipped to Canada and the United States. These delays may vary depending on the country and province of destination.

 

SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

Ex-Voto is not responsible of any loss or damage caused by shipping.

Also, please note that any additional duty fees are to be paid by the recipient.

 

RETURNS:

You can return a product bought from Ex-Voto within 14 days of purchase. We do not give any refunds, only exchanges for the same item or credit notes for the same amount as the returned item.

Please note that we do not accept any returns on items bought on sale or marked as “final sale”.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

-Briefs and Swimsuit Bottoms

-Products from the Intimacy Section

-Body Products (nail polishes, perfumes, creams, etc)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as it was when purchased, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Be sure to send us your receipt or proof of purchase with the item so we can complete the  exchange.

If applicable, we will notify you by email when we receive your item and we will let you know if the exchange is approved or rejected, depending on the condition of the product and / or the time elapsed since the date of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will be able to either exchange your item or offer you a credit note of the same amount as the price of the returned item.

Please note that postal fees will be at your expense and that shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREE EXCHANGES

We only offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item in poor condition, please accept our apologies and contact us by email at [email protected].  We will replace your item as soon as possible.
